With cutting prose and a love of symbolism, Prae Obscura investigates the nature of suffering under exploitive systems and social classifications, while indulging in themes of cruelty, madness, and plurality. Each of his projects invites readers to critically examine prescriptivism, respectability, dehumanization, and consensus reality, using the framework of surreal settings, old magic, and cassette futurism.

Through the first-person point of view and a flow-of-consciousness narration style, xe uses each word as a crowbar to pry apart new thoughts. They present a formal invitation to complete fluid immersion in hyperreality.
